The Role Join a dedicated HR team in this hands-on position combining payroll and HR support to ensure smooth people operations. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with relevant legislation Handle employee queries related to pay, leave, and benefits Assist with HR tasks such as on boarding new staff and maintaining staff records and contracts. Contribute to reporting, audits, and process improvements for efficiency Ensure accurate superannuation, tax, and termination payments Assist with year-end payroll activities, including PAYG payment summaries and statutory reporting Support HR with Workers Compensation claims and return to work processes Provide general support to broader HR initiatives as required The Candidate You are an organised professional with experience in payroll and exposure to Human Resources, eager to contribute in a varied role and enhance your HR knowledge. Proven background in payroll processing and Australian compliance requirements (Blue and white collar) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff and stakeholders is critical Remuneration and Benefits Competitive salary package of $112,000.
